(washing your hair 10-15 minutes prior is recommended). For dry styling or updos, there's no need to wash your hair.

- Reservation Changes & Cancellation Policy

Please notify us of any reservation changes or cancellations at least 72 hours in advance. For changes or cancellations within 72 hours,the following fees apply:Reservation change fee: 20% of the service fee | Cancellation fee: 50% of the service fee
After-Hours Fee
For requests between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM, an additional after-hours fee of ¥15,000 will be charged.
Other Fees
Additional fees may apply depending on the duration of the service.
